Lexgo.se Privacy policy

 

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Text with EEA relevance)

 Processing of personal data - Encompasses "personal information" according to the Data Protection Ordinance (2016/679 / EC) where lexgo.se is responsible for processing personal data of "data subjects" we receive in connection with assignments or which are otherwise processed when the assignment is prepared or administered. 1.5 accounting and billing purposes.

1.6 "Data" is processed on the basis of what is stipulated in Article 6 (1) of the Data Protection Regulation (2016/679 / EC).

2.1 Some data may also be used for business and method development, market analysis, statistics and risk management. The purpose of such treatment is to analyze and develop Lexgo’s own operations.

3.1 Personal information to outsiders is not disclosed in any other case than when

3.2 it has been specifically agreed between Lexgo.se and the client,

3.3 within the framework of a specific mission, it is necessary to safeguard your rights;

3.5 in cases where Lexgo.se hires an outside service provider who performed assignments on behalf of the law firm.

4.1 Lexgo.se may disclose the information to courts, authorities, counterparties, and counterparty representatives in cases where it is necessary to exercise your rights.
